Job description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized marketer with a passion for driving impactful digital creative? Join our digital creative team at TurboTax! In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of digital creative projects, ensuring all assets meet rigorous quality standards, timelines, and legal and budgetary requirements. You will play a crucial part in bringing over 1,500 assets to market, directly influencing how TurboTax acquires and retains customers across multiple business lines and initiatives. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, Digital Creative, your work will have a tangible day-to-day impact.

Responsibilities
  1. Creative Development + Execution
    1. Oversee full program creative project management, including tool management (e.g., AirTable, Creative Repository), day-to-day agency management (e.g., scheduling, timelines), SLA management with stakeholders, and more.
    2. Provide key inputs into the creative process, including participating in creative reviews, offering feedback on creative against the brief, QAing thousands of trafficking lines, and curating feedback from 10+ cross-functional stakeholders.
    3. Navigate legal requirements across thousands of digital assets, collaborating with legal teams to ensure all campaigns comply with internal advertising standards.
    4. Manage the execution of legal retention and resubmissions across thousands of assets in the data asset management tool.
    5. Serve as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day budget, including accruals, SOWs, POs, burn reports, and more.
  2. Cross-Functional Partnership
    1. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional marketing teams (strategy, internal creative, media, analytics, legal) to deliver on-time and effective creative.
    2. Manage day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders.
    3. Address project management or cross-functional decisions quickly and decisively, balancing speed with quality output.
  3. Performance + Innovation
    1. Pull and analyze creative performance reports.
    2. Drive cross-functional reporting and insight development.
    3. Utilize data-driven insights to inform creative optimizations and improve KPIs.
    4. Stay up-to-date on emerging digital creative trends and best practices.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area, California: $128,000-173,000.00. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including supporting digital creative
  • Experience with T-shaped leadership and strong collaboration skills to execute on cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to support creative development, working with both in-house and external creative agencies within fixed budgets.
  • Experience in evaluating channel creative; knowledgeable in what makes creative relevant and fit for platform, with success in optimizing creative for channels (paid media experience is a plus).
  • Experience managing budgets, working with legal teams, and documenting complex processes.
  • A passion for creative work across digital and social channels.
