We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager with real-world experience building brands and driving demand in the Away-From-Home (AFH) and commercial B2B space. If you’ve marketed products to buyers in QSR (e.g., McDonald’s, Wendy’s), jan/san distribution, or facility services — this is where your knowledge makes a difference.

You’ll lead brand positioning, digital campaigns, and sales enablement for a growing portfolio of products used across foodservice, education, healthcare, and facility operations.

Your Mission:

  • Craft and execute strategic marketing plans for AFH/commercial products
  • Elevate brand identity across multiple product lines and customer segments
  • Drive full-funnel growth through SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and content
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools and programs that close deals
  • Manage external vendors and internal team resources
  • Support new product launches, facility expansions, and acquisition integrations
  • Report directly to executive leadership with ownership over outcomes

Your Experience:

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing — ideally in AFH markets or commercial distribution
  • Familiar with selling into distributors, institutional buyers, or QSR chains
  • Proven ability to lead digital and traditional marketing programs
  • Skilled in marketing platforms: CRM, automation, analytics, CMS
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute — not afraid to get hands-on
  • Background in a growth-focused or PE-backed company is a big plus
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a bonus)
