Active Interest Media is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing strategies that support our sales team, engage target audiences, and drive brand growth. Active Interest Media is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing strategies that support our sales team, engage target audiences, and drive brand growth. This remote position is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience working with marketing and advertising agencies, managing RFP responses, and developing integrated marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and bring deep experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. Preferred candidates will have experience in the

homebuilding and construction industries .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies and integrated marketing plans that support revenue growth and brand visibility across B2B and B2C channels. Lead creation of client-facing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations in response to RFPs. Act as a strategic partner to the sales team—translating client objectives into marketing strategies and collaborating to meet revenue goals. Serve as a liaison with external agencies and vendors to ensure consistent execution of campaigns and creative deliverables. Oversee the execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns including digital (paid social, email, display), print, content marketing, and event-based activations. Analyze campaign performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and report ROI and KPIs to stakeholders. Manage marketing budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-efficiency. Host and lead internal brainstorming and kick-off meetings to align teams and innovate marketing approaches. Stay current on digital and industry trends to apply emerging technologies and strategies to our marketing efforts. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within publishing, media, homebuilding, or construction industries. Proven experience working with advertising agencies, creative vendors, and RFP development. Strong multi-channel strategy and planning experience, with demonstrated success across paid media, content, and digital marketing. Excellent project management and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Omeda (or similar marketing automation platforms). Creative thinker with a balance of data-driven decision making and brand storytelling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategy, performance, and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
