Job summary

Vivint is seeking a Principal Marketing Manager to own the strategic vision for retention and engagement across every customer touchpoint. You will audit Vivint’s marketing experiences, identify gaps, and set the direction for bold programs that deepen engagement and long-term loyalty.

You’ll translate brand insights into customer strategy, influence senior leadership, and drive autonomous, high-impact initiatives that improve acquisition, onboarding, renewal, and overall customer lifetime value.
