Job summary

LIV Development is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead property marketing across its multifamily portfolio and support corporate marketing initiatives. This in-office role reports to the AVP of Marketing & Communications and focuses on delivering integrated campaigns that drive leasing and uphold brand integrity.

You will direct third-party partners, align marketing with leasing goals, and collaborate across teams to deploy marketing assets, digital programs, and resident engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in multifamily real estate or customer-focused sectors.
• Proven experience leading multi-property or portfolio-level marketing initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with third-party property management teams, agencies, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including analytics and optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy into integrated property-level campaigns aligned with leasing goals.
• Lead day-to-day marketing execution and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and property management teams to uphold brand standards.
• Support corporate marketing initiatives and broader communications programs.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, paid media, email, social) and analytics.
