Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for AMS&T. This role can be performed from any U.S. office location.

You will lead client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with a focus on quality and strategy, while collaborating with BD, operations, and AMS&T leadership. The role requires 7+ years in marketing within the AEC sector, knowledge of AMS&T markets, and strong writing, content creation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing and/or AEC industry experience.
• Knowledge of AMS&T markets including data centers, life sciences, and pharma facilities.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Manage content development with business development, operations and AMS&T leadership.
• Craft compelling client-centric content about projects, people and differentiators.
• Ensure all external content aligns with Gilbane's brand guidelines.
• Lead AMS&T marketing including conferences and speaking submissions.
• Develop internal and external communications: newsletters, press releases, website and social posts.
• Oversee digital assets organization and data integrity.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• Visit jobsites to capture content and interview project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content.
