Job summary

NMDP Foundation seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead integrated fundraising and engagement campaigns that grow benefactor support and strengthen the Foundation’s brand. You will manage a team, drive data-driven strategies, and partner with leadership to optimize impact across audiences.

You will guide strategic communications, marketing operations, and budget planning while advancing philanthropic growth and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising marketing programs and campaigns.
• Ability to translate philanthropic goals into a compelling case for support.
• Strong leadership in a matrixed, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategies for fundraising and benefactor engagement.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align campaigns with Foundation goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and spend optimization.
• Oversee data-driven testing and campaign optimization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, philanthropy, and volunteers.
