Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
Experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, or strategy in financial services, technology, fintech, payments, eCommerce, or digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across regions and business units.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Debit consumer marketing strategy across LAC markets.
Identify opportunities to differentiate Visa Debit from competitors.
Develop campaigns to drive debit usage and consumer preference.
Translate cultural insights into marketing briefs and go-to-market plans.
Lead integrated planning with media, creative, content, and sponsorship partners.
Partner with Client Marketing to support growth objectives.
