Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Payments Marketing for Debit, Next Gen, eCommerce, and New Digital Payments to drive strategic marketing plans across LAC markets. The role partners with Product & Solutions, Media, Creative, Content, Sponsorships, and Insights to translate insights into market strategies that accelerate adoption and engagement.

The ideal candidate will lead campaigns that strengthen Visa’s debit positioning, engage Next Gen audiences, and expand digital payment

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Debit marketing strategy across LAC markets, strengthening positioning and driving usage.
Develop and execute Next Gen consumer marketing strategies for Gen Z and young Millennials.
Create eCommerce marketing strategies to accelerate digital payments growth and online transaction adoption.
Define and launch new digital payment flows and educate consumers on benefits and usage.
Partner with research/analytics to translate consumer insights into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
Lead cross-functional planning with media, creative, content, and sponsorship partners to ensure alignment across campaigns.
