Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Payments Marketing - Affluent & Cross-Border to drive regionally relevant campaigns across LAC. You’ll translate insights and cultural trends into strategic plans that support product goals and commercial outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Media, Creative, Content, Sponsorships, and Analytics to ensure integrated execution and impact. The role requires leadership across teams and a deep understanding of affluent and cross-border consumer dynamics

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of consumer marketing experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating insights into go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Affluent marketing strategy across LAC, adapting global platforms regionally.
• Partner with Product and Solutions to drive adoption and usage of Affluent products.
• Lead planning with media, creative, content, and sponsorship partners to embed priorities across campaigns.
• Collaborate with sponsorships and analytics teams to measure impact and inform strategy.
