Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Excellence to drive enterprise capabilities across global and local markets, partnering with Global Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and IT to advance unified brand planning and execution.

The role demands strong commercial and strategic expertise, matrix organization experience, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience in commercial strategy, marketing, brand planning or related functions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support evolution and improvement of commercial excellence frameworks, processes, tools and best practices.
• Partner with Launch Excellence to enhance planning, readiness and execution capabilities.
• Lead or support AI enablers like SAMai and oversee adoption and releases with IT.
• Design and deliver capability-building resources and learning experiences.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new processes.
