As Senior Director, Marketing, you will own portfolio strategy, guide innovation, and lead a high-impact team in a corporate hybrid environment based in Schaumburg, IL. This role reports to the Executive Director, Marketing and requires extensive experience in branded consumer packaged goods, portfolio management and cross-functional leadership to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 12+ years in branded consumer packaged goods with leadership roles.
• Experience managing significant brand portfolios with revenue responsibility.
• Strong portfolio strategy, brand management, and planning skills.
• Proven financial and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Ability to translate insights into data-driven investments.

Responsibilities

• Establish the long-term growth agenda for RAGÚ and BERTOLLI and translate insights into priorities.
• Define brand positioning and portfolio architecture while protecting equity.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share while strengthening long-term equity.
• Lead annual and long-range portfolio planning and reviews.
• Set innovation and renovation agenda and guide major launches.
• Direct major marketing investments and resource allocations for high impact.
• Align Sales, Finance, Insights, R&D, Supply Chain and Omnichannel around priorities.
• Serve as primary steward of long-term portfolio strategy and leadership influence.
• Influence senior leaders with strategic rationale and consumer insight.
