The Misch Group is seeking a Senior Marketing & Data Analyst in California to aggregate and analyze demand generation and marketing data from multiple sources. You will ensure data accuracy, develop queries and reports, and interpret market data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

You will lead complex analytics projects, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform leadership and improve marketing ROI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in data analysis or BI
• Proficiency with data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker)
• SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with Python and/or R is a plus
• 2+ years hands-on data analytics tools experience
• Ability to collaborate and manage projects under deadlines
• GenAI in marketing context is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead large analytics and reporting projects delivering accurate insights
• Support performance discussions across multiple channels with standardized reporting
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize events and marketing strategies
• Design data visualizations to communicate findings clearly
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data availability and quality
• Execute analyses using multiple data sources and provide actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and metrics for automated self-service analytics
• Mentor other analysts and act as analytics lead
