Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing analytics or data analytics experience.
• Experience in banking/fintech or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and Excel proficiency with pivots and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, marketing, campaign, product, and channel data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Measure ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels.
• Analyze acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Create customer segments to support targeted campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate questions into data-driven solutions.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and validate large datasets.
