KeyBank is seeking a Senior Analyst in Columbus, OH to drive consumer banking analytics, segmentation, forecasting and reporting for Direct Mail campaigns, with ownership of campaign files, dashboards, and spend forecasts. The role emphasizes hands-on data work, storytelling through visuals, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, dashboard experience, and the ability to question data and validate results under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, MIS, analytics/data science, engineering, or related field (required)
• 5+ years of relevant financial services experience (required)
• Experience in banking industry with a strong understanding of key drivers of financial results (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver moderate to complex analyses and reports; work with large datasets using Python, Hadoop, R, SQL, SAS and Google Cloud
• Lead conversations with business partners and communicate key points; develop tools and visualizations that tell the right story
• Identify business needs and understand how to obtain information
• Review work of junior staff and provide mentorship
• Coordinate activities within own team and ensure solutions are documented and tested
