Job summary

Frank L Blum Construction Co is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing content while driving process improvements. You will oversee complex projects, manage award submittals, support digital and social marketing, and assist events to elevate the brand and growth.

You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff and maintaining brand consistency across materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or 3-5 years of marketing experience.
• 2-5 years of proposal experience in the AEC industry, including leadership of high-profile pursuits.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination, writing, editing, and production of complex proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Facilitates pursuit strategy meetings and develops creative themes tailored to client needs.
• Oversees the proposal process to align with goals and deadlines.
• Mentors junior team members in pursuit management and proposal development.
• Maintains and enhances the proposal template library and sector content for consistency.
• Supports digital and social marketing campaigns, and tracks analytics to improve performance.
• Manages project database maintenance to keep information current.
• Identifies opportunities for project photography, videography, and animations.
• Supports event coordination for industry conferences and speaking engagements.
