Job summary

Blum Construction is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to craft high-impact proposals and marketing content, guiding pursuit strategy, and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will shape branding, support events, and mentor junior staff to elevate our market presence.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive digital and social marketing, maintain the project database, and ensure consistent branding across materials. A strong writing and organizational skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of marketing experience.
• 2-5 years of proposal experience in AEC industry preferred.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate pursuit strategy meetings and create tailored client solutions.
• Oversee proposal process to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members in pursuit management.
• Maintain and improve proposal templates and sector content.
• Support digital and social marketing campaigns.
