Job summary

Beyer Blinder Belle is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator in New York City to lead the production of marketing and business development materials, including proposals and presentations. The role also handles updates to marketing resources and collaborates with internal teams and external consultants.

You will guide fellow Marketing Coordinators, support the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Business Development, and contribute to social media and PR initiatives while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing within an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firm.
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
• Strong graphic design and layout skills.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively, resolving challenges effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable with a positive, collaborative attitude; willing to train fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination efforts and production of marketing and business development materials, including proposals, presentations, and brochures. Production includes both written and graphic content.
• Maintain and update marketing resources and databases, including Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and OpenAsset.
• Outreach to and coordination of materials from internal teams and external consultants.
• Responsible for time management to meet and set deadlines on multiple projects and communicate effectively with managers (Partners, Principals, Directors, and Project Managers).
• Takes initiative in special marketing projects or assignments as needed, such as social media, PR, and others.
• Interfaces with BBB operational departments as needed.
