Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Lead on:

• Developing and preparing RFX responses with technical staff and partners
• Creating and editing marketing materials such as resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate content
• Contributing to marketing budget and plan aligned with strategic goals
• Planning and supporting company events, trade shows, conferences, and career fairs
• Managing digital presence via social media, website, and email campaigns
• Overseeing freelance and creative consultants
• Fostering an inclusive culture
• Supporting internal and external marketing needs
• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance
• Performing additional tasks to support JQOL's strategic goals and values

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with a degree
• 3-5 years of experience without a degree in the AEC industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Lightroom)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams
