$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Are you a visual storyteller with expert-level design skills and a passion for bringing A/E/C proposals and presentations to life?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator whose superpower is graphic design . Your role will be to design and produce compelling, polished, artfully executed proposals, presentations, and other collateral that help our A/E/C clients win work.

We’re looking for a production-savvy graphic designer who understands the nuances of proposal layout, storytelling through design, and navigating A/E/C industry standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the visual creation of proposals and presentations from kickoff to final submission—including understanding the solicitation, coordinating content exchange with the client, organizing content libraries, designing templates, new layouts, and eye-catching graphics, generating and reviewing each draft, finalizing the submission, and delivering final files for digital and print formats.
• Collaborate closely with our Account Executives and the Marketing Director to ensure designs align with strategy and client goals.
• Design in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint (non-negotiable) to produce graphics, templates, and layouts that make complex information clear and compelling.
• Design and develop various business development materials, including proposal templates, presentation templates, brochures, flyers, leave-behinds, banners, brand guidelines, logos, social media graphics, video graphics, logistics annotations, and other marketing collateral.
• Review solicitation documents (RFQs/RFPs) to understand content, layout, and compliance requirements.
• Support multiple fast-paced proposal and presentation efforts simultaneously, without sacrificing quality.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on graphic design experience in the A/E/C industry—you know what a good proposal looks like.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint—must be able to build templates, styles, and layout structures from scratch.
• Strong visual communication skills—able to turn complex content into engaging visuals.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
• Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to take direction and feedback professionally.

Bonus Points For

• Experience creating graphics that substitute narrative (e.g., infographics or process diagrams).
• Familiarity with the structure and requirements of government or public sector RFQs/RFPs.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience working with remote teams or clients.
