Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, content development, advertising, communications, brand management, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans and content concepts for defined campaigns or project components.
• Translate briefs into deliverables, timelines, and channel-specific requirements.
• Coordinate content from initial concept through production, review, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with agencies, creators, and internal partners to ensure assets align with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Manage day-to-day communication, action tracking, and issue resolution across project teams.
• Analyze campaign and content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend optimizations that enhance audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, and business results.
• Monitor consumer behavior and competitive activity to identify new ideas and innovation opportunities.
• Support larger marketing initiatives by coordinating work across internal teams and external partners.
