Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to lead the enterprise marketing automation programme.

You will own the architecture, design, development and delivery of scalable SFMC solutions, including integrations and customer journeys. In this role, you will bridge business objectives with technical execution, establish governance and development standards, and provide hands-on leadership across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Audience

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio and Audience Builder.
• 7+ years of development experience using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL and HTML.
• 6+ years of SFMC architecture and solution design.
• 6+ years of APIs, integrations, and Marketing Cloud Connector capabilities.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM or related platforms.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud architecture and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical SME for Marketing Cloud initiatives, leading architecture, design, development and delivery.
• Bridge business objectives and technical execution with scalable solutions and governance.
• Architect scalable SFMC solutions for current needs and future growth.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio and Audience Builder.
• Translate complex business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Design and develop personalized communications using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML and data extensions.
• Architect and support integrations using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connector, Data Cloud and other Salesforce technologies.
