Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, audience construction, journey building, QA and deliverability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product marketing, creative, and content to design omnichannel campaigns across owned platforms with KPI alignment.
• Build and supervise automated and agent-assisted marketing workflows with proper human-in-the-loop.
• Maintain the MarTech stack with documentation, admin tools, and training on new systems.
