Qualificações

• Deep expertise administering and architecting Marketo solutions (segments, leads, triggers, personalization).
• Experience shaping automation strategies for growth and scalability.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, personalization, and data-driven design.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and evolve marketing automation, personalization, and customer engagement capabilities.
• Advise cross-functional stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable automation solutions and journeys.
• Evaluate MarTech trends and develop roadmaps, standards and future-state capabilities.
• Lead Marketo platform architecture, governance, integrations, and best practices.
