Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to own marketing performance measurement across demand generation, field, digital, campaigns, ABM, SDR, RevOps, and Finance. You’ll build reports and dashboards, run analyses, and present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes attribution, data quality, and planning models to link spend with pipeline, while enabling self-serve reporting for teams and executive-level storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics, revenue analytics or marketing operations in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and campaign influence.
• Experience building attribution models and explaining limits.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnel, lead lifecycle and pipeline mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own attribution approach and reporting on funnel, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Build dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with executive narratives.
• Create self-serve reporting so teams answer routine questions.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Field, Campaigns, SDR, RevOps, and Finance.
• Mentor Marketing Operations Analysts (no direct reports).
• Ensure data quality, tracking conventions, and UTM standards.
