Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to own marketing performance measurement. You will build reporting, attribution, and planning models that show which programs create pipeline and revenue, and present findings to leadership.

This role sits within Marketing Operations and works across demand generation, field, digital, campaigns, ABM, SDR, RevOps, and Finance. It is hands-on and requires building reports and dashboards for leadership consumption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or revenue analytics in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting: cross-object reports, dashboards, campaigns.
• Hands-on with marketing attribution models and explaining their limits.
• Strong understanding of the B2B funnel, lead lifecycle, and pipeline mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing attribution reporting and ROI by channel, program, and segment.
• Build dashboards for weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews and leadership narratives.
• Partner with demand generation, field marketing, campaigns, SDR leadership, RevOps, and Finance.
• Mentor Marketing Operations Analysts and promote data quality standards.
• Define data capture conventions, UTM standards, and ensure clean inputs for reports.
