Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics professional to drive consumer acquisition and retention insights in Missouri. You will integrate data sources, measure campaign performance across social, web, and email, and translate results into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of total relevant experience.
• 2+ years with statistical analysis software (SAS, Python, SQL).
• Understanding of statistics: significance testing, sampling, probability, bias.
• Experience measuring digital marketing with Adobe/Google Analytics.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience developing measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience with data warehouses and data mining.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Visa sponsorship is unavailable; candidates requiring sponsorship cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to enhance GM Protection consumer acquisition and retention programs.
• Drive analytics for marketing campaign performance across social, app, web, and email channels.
• Assess competitive benchmarks and market analytics to improve product performance.
• Integrate multiple data sources to improve conversion through segmentation, attribution, and tests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define OKRs and KPIs and ensure accurate tracking.
• Develop dashboards monitoring marketing campaign and channel behavior and performance.
• Communicate results to senior leadership via data storytelling.
• Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with Integration and Developer teams.
• Design and manage controlled experiments including A/B and multivariate tests.
