Jobtailor is seeking a senior analytics professional in the United States Midwest to drive data-driven decision making across marketing, product, and customer analytics. You will lead advanced analyses, build dashboards, and influence leadership with clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years in digital/customer analytics.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on analytics experience across multiple channels.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics; familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Proficiency with Snowflake/BigQuery and GCP services.
• Strong modeling and A/B testing capabilities; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced ad hoc analysis for customer, program, offer and channel performance, consulting with leadership on required KPIs.
• Identify, collect and manipulate data from Snowflake/BigQuery to answer complex business questions.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reporting focused on digital KPIs such as conversion, retention, engagement, and LTV.
• Lead deep-dive analyses including funnels and cohorts; conduct attribution and A/B testing across web, app, email, and paid media.
• Partner with Product and UX to evaluate feature performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support Marketing with campaign measurement, audience segmentation, and customer journey analysis.
• Ensure data quality across analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights for non-technical leadership stakeholders.
• Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities to influence strategic decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices and standards.
