Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Tableau and Looker Studio.
• Proficient in Python, SQL; knowledge of R or SAS; familiarity with Google Analytics and Looker Studio dashboards.
• Life sciences or technology industry experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in Analytics, Marketing Operations, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Fields of study include Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Science, CS, Marketing, MIS or OR.
• Ability to work with teams with varied skill levels.
• Strong understanding of analytics concepts and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance across the customer journey and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, operations, and data teams on requirements and analytics buy-in.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to accelerate insights and automate recurring analyses.
• Lead analytics design and optimize processes to improve efficiency and impact.
• Present findings to business audiences with clear storytelling and messaging.
• Support execution of marketing analytics projects involving large data sets.
• Coordinate across interdisciplinary teams to manage tasks and meetings.
• Contribute to internal communications and key messaging development.
