Tailored Brands is seeking a Sr Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics to join the Enterprise Analytics team. You will partner with Marketing and business stakeholders to evaluate performance, analyze acquisition, and identify opportunities to attract and retain customers.

You will leverage AI-enabled analytics, design tests, build dashboards, and translate insights into clear actions that drive growth and improved customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics experience with cross-functional project delivery.
• Fluent with SQL, data transformations, and large datasets.
• Experience with marketing analytics, A/B testing, and dashboards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and stakeholders to drive customer analytics and strategies.
• Interpret data to identify trends, run ad-hoc analyses, and spot opportunities.
• Analyze segments, churn, retention, and buying behaviors; develop dashboards.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret tests to improve marketing performance.
