Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Sr Analyst, Marketing Business Intelligence to partner with the field sales and commercial director teams. You will design analytic approaches, analyze large-scale data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes dashboards, data visualization, and collaboration with data engineers, with a focus on optimizing marketing investments and customer performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Analytics or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience driving business decisions with data-driven analyses.
• Highly proficient with SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Looker or similar visualization tools.
• Extensive experience building dashboards to present data insights and opportunities.
• Comfortable with massive/disparate datasets and big data ecosystems.
• Experience in statistical analyses, modeling, experiment design, and hypothesis testing.
• Independent worker with strong creativity in solving open-ended problems.
• Outstanding communication skills for data storytelling.
• Experience supporting outside sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large-scale data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytic needs of key customers.
• Shape thinking and communicate business implications of analyses.
• Develop dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance.
• Work with data engineers to ensure data power for analyses.
• Partner with Commercial Director team to support customer analyses and opportunities.
