AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics division seeks Associate Director to lead forecasting and analytics for external innovation and business development across the Global Aesthetics portfolio. You will partner with BD, Finance, R&D, Marketing, and regional teams to assess opportunities and translate strategy into financial value.

The role oversees end-to-end forecasting, develops assumption-driven analyses, and presents recommendations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, sciences or related field.
• 8+ years experience in forecasting, analytics, finance, market research, or related.
• Experience supporting complex strategic or investment decisions.
• International/global forecasting experience desirable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetics or medical device sector.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead executive forecast discussions and align assumptions.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting and analytics for Global Aesthetics business development opportunities (external innovation, licensing, partnerships, acquisitions).
• Develop robust, assumption-driven forecasts sizing market opportunities and potential value.
• Collaborate with BD, marketing, finance, R&D, regional teams to assess fit and launch potential.
• Create governance-ready forecasts and present evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders.
• Synthesize insights for deals, pipeline assets, and new clinical programs.
• Leverage market research, pricing, access, and adoption trends to inform assumptions.
• Manage end-to-end forecasting across input, scenarios, and stakeholder reviews.
• Align with finance leadership to integrate forecasts into franchise view.
• Support cross-functional assessments of white-space opportunities and growth initiatives.
