KeyBank is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Consumer Bank Checking & Marketing Analytics team in Brooklyn, OH. You will own segmentation, forecasting, and reporting for Direct Mail campaigns, build and maintain dashboards, and contribute to marketing spend forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, MIS, analytics/data science, engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant financial services experience required.
• Banking industry experience preferred to understand key drivers of financial results.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver analyses and reports using SQL, Python, SAS, and cloud tools; work with large datasets.
• Lead discussions with partners, communicating key insights and delivering compelling visualizations.
• Identify business needs and determine data sources to answer questions.
• Review junior staff work and provide direction and mentorship.
• Document solutions and create processes for ongoing testing and validation.
