Job summary

Burger King in Miami is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join the Performance Analysis and Sales Planning teams. You will manage recurring weekly and monthly reporting decks, turning multi-source data into clear narratives for franchisees and local partners.

You will own data quality and validation between POS and backend systems, automate workflows with AI where possible, and collaborate across teams to deliver insights that drive stronger franchise performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, sales or marketing analytics, finance, or a related role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience translating data into insights.
• Experience with SQL and BI visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring weekly and monthly reporting cadences for Performance Analysis and Sales Planning.
• Synthesize insights from multiple sources into a clear narrative for stakeholders.
• Own analysis of franchisee-driven business cases and non-test initiatives.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify hotspots and drivers of performance.
• Ensure data quality and data handoff between POS and backend systems; support automation.
