Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join the Burger King team in Miami. This role sits at the intersection of the Performance Analysis and Sales Planning teams, building fluency across both to manage recurring reporting, lead analysis on franchisee initiatives, and support Market Test read-outs.

The Sr. Analyst will also own data quality and flowthrough validation between POS and backend systems, and look for ways to automate and streamline recurring

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business analytics, sales/marketing analytics, finance, consulting, or related analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with reporting, data visualization, and presentation development.
• Experience with SQL and BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio) is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and data flowthrough/validation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring weekly and monthly reporting cadence and build decks per SOPs, improving processes over time.
• Bridge Performance Analysis and Sales Planning, synthesizing insights into a cohesive narrative.
• Own analysis of franchisee-initiated business cases and non-test initiatives with clear storytelling.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of markets to define drivers and actionable learnings.
• Own data quality and flowthrough validation from POS to backend systems; partner with Data Eng and POS teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics workflows using AI/automation tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
