Job summary

Subway in Miami seeks a data analytics professional to develop, implement, and execute standardized reporting and ad hoc analytics to support franchise profitability and brand growth. You will collaborate with business and analytics leaders globally and coach teammates to advance analytical skills.

Responsibilities include end-to-end analyses, presenting actionable results, and partnering with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration.
Strong analytic skills and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal experience.
Experience with BI reporting and dashboards using Tableau.
Strong SQL development/scripting (Amazon Redshift preferred).
Experience meeting with business teams to gather requests and turn into actions (reports, data warehouse enhancements, etc.).
Experience building workflows in Alteryx.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements with IT partners.
AI/ML/Data science experience is a plus.
HTML code writing skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

Independently designs and manages analyses from start to finish, including meetings with requestors to ensure the analysis answers questions and timelines are met.
Analysis and communication/presentation of actionable results.
Interact with business partners and IT.
Conduct ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.
Acts as strategic consultant to help interpret data for informed decisions.
