1Password is seeking a Staff Data Analyst for Marketing Analytics to act as a senior analytical partner to our Marketing organization. You will define how Marketing understands its performance, influence leadership decisions, and shape data foundations underpinning our AI and automation capabilities across the business.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing analytics and data strategy within complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience partnering directly with senior marketing leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading attribution modernization or marketing measurement transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools and cloud data ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Shape data foundations and measurement frameworks for Marketing and AI capabilities.
- Partner with Marketing leadership on planning, investment decisions, and performance measurement.
- Own complex marketing domain work across attribution, funnel measurement, forecasting, and lifecycle analysis.
