Job summary

1Password is seeking a Solutions Marketing AI Engineer to design and operate internal AI services that empower Sales and Marketing teams. You will build agent systems, ensure security and provenance, and integrate with Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, and Slack.

This role emphasizes ownership from prototype to production, collaboration with PMMs, sellers, and campaigns, and measurable impact on time-to-insight and content quality.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI-enabled software for real users.
• Experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
• Ability to translate workflows from PMMs, sellers, and Campaign managers into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define workflows with sellers and PMMs to map current processes.
• Design the agent runtime, context handling, and tool routing.
• Build and maintain routing and specialist agents for assets, briefs, and campaigns.
• Integrate AI layer with Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, and Slack.
