Senior Marketing Analyst, Ancillary Benefits

About the Role

The Senior Marketing Analyst will have a strong understanding of ancillary products and marketing processes, with several years' experience in a marketing or carrier underwriting role. Working closely with Client Service, this individual will support all new business and renewal RFP activities. Attention to detail and effective prioritization are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage execution of ancillary RFPs for large group clients, including new business and renewals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for peers.
  • Use ancillary benefits knowledge to analyze plan design modifications, enhancements, and deviations beyond price comparisons.
  • Follow best practices and SLAs to deliver timely, high-quality work to broker partners.
  • Maintain marketing opportunities in the CRM system for seamless cross-team collaboration.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external broker and carrier partners.
  • Gather carrier underwriting guidelines, plan insights, and compliance details to support internal processes and broker education.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies in partnership with leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing analysis or carrier underwriting
  • Active life, accident, and health license
  • Knowledge of ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental health)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to organizational changes
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective cross-functional communicator

Work Details

This is a remote position, with work conducted in your local time zone. Office access may be available upon request.

Salary range: $95,000 - $140,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business needs. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, bonuses, equity, and commissions where applicable.
