What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute ancillary RFPs for small to large group clients, handling both new business and renewals
- Analyze ancillary benefits to identify plan design modifications and enhancements beyond price comparisons
- Ensure adherence to best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely deliverables
- Maintain marketing opportunities in the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Build and nurture relationships with internal colleagues, brokers, and carrier partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting role
