About the Position:

An ideal candidate will have a general understanding of all ancillary products and some experience in marketing or carrier underwriting. Working with Client Service, this individual will support all new business and renewal RFP activities. Attention to detail and effective prioritization are critical.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owns execution of ancillary RFPs for small to large group clients, both new business and renewal.
  2. Uses ancillary benefits knowledge to analyze and suggest plan design modifications, enhancements, and deviations beyond price comparisons.
  3. Adheres to best practices and SLAs to ensure timely, quality deliverables to broker partners.
  4. Maintains all marketing opportunities in the CRM system for seamless team collaboration.
  5. Builds relationships with internal colleagues and external broker and carrier partners.
  6. Supports gathering carrier underwriting guidelines, plan insights, and compliance details for internal and broker use.
  7. Implements continuous improvement initiatives under leadership guidance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher
  2. 1-3 years’ experience in marketing analysis or carrier underwriting
  3. Active life, accident, and health license
  4. Understanding of ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, health)
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  6. Meticulous attention to detail
  7. Effective cross-functional communicator
  8. Self-starter with minimal oversight
  9. Capable of balancing priorities
  10. Curious and eager to learn
  11. Team-oriented mindset
Work Location:

This is a 100% remote position within your local time zone. Office access may be available upon request.

Salary Transparency:

The salary range is $75,000-$100,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business factors. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, and potential bonuses or equity.
