What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute ancillary RFPs for small to large group clients, managing both new business and renewal processes
- Conduct thorough analyses of ancillary benefits to identify plan design modifications and enhancements
- Adhere to best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Maintain marketing opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for seamless integration
- Build relationships with internal colleagues and external broker and carrier partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting role
- Active life, accident, and health license
- Understanding of ancillary products including dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health
- Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
