What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute ancillary RFPs for large group clients, both new business and renewal
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for peers
- Conduct thorough analysis of ancillary benefits and highlight plan design modifications and enhancements
- Maintain marketing opportunities in the organization’s Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Support efforts to gather carrier underwriting guidelines and compliance details for internal processes and broker education

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting role
- Active life, accident, and health license
- Strong understanding of ancillary products including dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills
