Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their rapidly growing team here in Austin!

Role Summary:

• Drive data-informed marketing strategies in close collaboration with Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Deliver actionable insights to support marketing performance and business growth.
• Report to the Marketing Analytics Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing data and analytics.
• Partner with teams across performance, lifecycle, SEO, and product marketing.
• Build and improve marketing measurement frameworks (e.g., attribution, LTV).
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and create dashboards to inform marketing strategy.
• Analyze customer segments to optimize engagement tactics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Align analytics projects with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years in analytics or related field; 2+ years in marketing analytics
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong grasp of statistical methods and causal inference.
• Familiar with marketing tools/platforms
• Skilled at communicating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• SaaS experience
• Familiarity with Python/R
