The Role

You will be pivotal in understanding client demand and devising profitable marketing plans, managing a diverse portfolio across markets and products. Your responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and making data-driven decisions to maximize portfolio performance. You should think of this role as managing your own business, with an emphasis on innovative and confident strategy leadership.

As a Senior MACS Analyst, you'll demonstrate advanced portfolio management and decision-making skills, assist and train junior team members, and support the MACS Manager in identifying growth opportunities and addressing performance issues.

You will utilize your knowledge of marketing channels like PPC, social media, CDN, CRO, and CRM to craft complex strategies and innovative tests. You will also identify inefficiencies within team processes and develop solutions, as well as lead high-value initiatives to address key questions, collaborating effectively to deliver project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Devising long-term strategies to grow GP within your portfolio and the hub
  • Analyzing customer demand to create layered marketing plans
  • Leading cross-functional meetings to establish mid/long-term market strategies
  • Using marketing channel expertise to develop tests and analyze performance
  • Combining data sets to generate insights that drive profitability and client success
  • Monitoring and improving key client metrics
  • Setting commercial strategies with sales, prioritizing initiatives, and communicating plans effectively
  • Working with sales to enhance client data quality and volume
  • Leading healthcheck meetings and cross-functional check-ins
  • Collaborating with O&O teams to maximize margins
  • Identifying and executing site and user journey tests
  • Facilitating better decision-making through process improvements
  • Training junior team members through sessions and day-to-day support
  • Leading roadmap projects from planning to completion
  • Building strong relationships across functions for effective idea sharing
  • Supporting the Marketing Strategy Manager in identifying key priorities
  • Challenging performance across the hub and providing feedback on processes and morale

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 12 to 18 months of experience in an analytical role
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data manipulation
  • Strong commercial instincts and digital marketing knowledge, with lateral thinking ability
  • Wide-ranging understanding of MVF’s business model and functions
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing user funnels
  • Leadership experience and attention to detail, or eagerness to develop these skills
  • Effective communicator, comfortable with feedback and training
  • Proactive problem solver focused on continuous process improvement
