Job summary

Comcast’s Product Growth and Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst on a full-time basis to support various market research activities. This is a remote, full-time position working EST hours.

In this role you will work directly with clients and deliver consulting projects to senior stakeholders, applying your analytical background to the Customer Experience domain. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of market research or CX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field from a top university.
• 3–5 years of market research or CX experience, agency or client-side preferred.
• Strong quantitative research skills and ability to generate insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint; adept at creating clear, professional decks.

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects including vendor management and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and data flows from multiple sources.
• Provide project management and analytical support with detailed plans and progress tracking.
• Support survey design with objectives, instruments, and quality controls.
• Develop ad-hoc reports translating data into actionable insights for decisions.
• Produce clear presentations and reports communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates to managers and clients with progress reports and recommendations.
