OGC Global is recruiting a Senior Market Research Analyst to support Comcast’s product growth, analytics, and CX program optimization for Fortune 500 clients. This remote, full-time role operates on EST hours and involves delivering consulting projects directly to senior stakeholders.

You will manage research projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, with opportunities to apply quantitative methods across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a top university.
• 3–5 years of experience in market research or customer experience management.
• Strong quantitative research skills with ability to analyze data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for clear, professional decks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time/workflow management.
• Experience with survey-based market research tools (SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Qualtrics, Suzy, My-Take).
• Ability to learn new tools quickly; Conjoint and MaxDiff experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing research projects, including vendor management and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and data from multiple sources.
• Providing project management support with detailed plans, progress tracking, and resource management.
• Supporting survey design by defining objectives and creating survey instruments.
• Developing ad-hoc reports by synthesizing data into actionable insights.
• Producing clear PowerPoint presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Providing progress updates, findings, and recommendations to managers and clients.
