Job summary

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Market Operations within the Transparency Services group to support the operation and monitoring of trade reporting facilities.

The role involves extended hours (8:00pm - 4:00am EST) and collaboration with member firms, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Responsibilities include monitoring alerts, maintaining databases, and presenting concise summaries to senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with at least 3 years of securities/financial services experience.
• Working knowledge of FINRA and other SRO rules and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and related regulations.
• Analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail; ability to work independently and communicate clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitors intra-day trading across FINRA trade reporting facilities and resolves routine issues.
• Delivers strong customer service to member firms, SROs, FINRA departments and vendors.
• Maintains relevant databases that support marketplace operations and ensures accurate alert reviews.
• Presents findings to senior leadership with clear summaries to inform decisions.
