Job summary

FINRA’s Market Operations Senior Analyst in Transparency Services supports the operation and monitoring of trade reporting facilities, coordinating with member firms, vendors, exchanges, and other FINRA departments. The role requires core hours within 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST and a hybrid work environment in Rockville, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business and minimum three years in securities/financial services or related field.
• Working knowledge of FINRA and SRO rules and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Ability to identify potential securities rule violations and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor intra-day trading across FINRA trade reporting facilities and resolve routine issues.
• Deliver strong customer service to member firms, SROs, and vendors; maintain support databases.
• Prepare clear reports and summaries for senior leadership to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with senior staff on complex operational matters and regulatory impact.
