Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a Transaction Reporting Analyst to manage the overnight regulatory trade reporting during the extended 24/5 equity session. You will own TRF health checks, repair processes, and CAT/EBS submissions, coordinating with Brokerage Operations and Compliance to ensure accuracy before US market opens.

The role requires 2+ years in financial services operations with exposure to FINRA reporting and the ability to work an overnight shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting or trade reporting operations.
• Ability to work overnight shift aligned to US market timing.
• Strong written communication and handoff reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and disciplined execution in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FINRA TRF submissions overnight for health, rejections, and out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Perform 9:00pm TRF opening rejection repair and resubmission within reporting windows.
• Review and manage EBS submission queue; escalate as needed.
• Confirm CAT submissions; investigate and escalate failures.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports for the incoming US team.
• Escalate high-severity issues promptly and determine necessary escalation path.
• Maintain auditable records of monitoring activity, repairs, and escalations.
• Build familiarity with FINRA/SEC rules to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Brokerage Operations to improve automation of overnight workflows.
